Configuring the general engagement settings

Engagements track worker assignments in Beeline Professional. A worker can have one or multiple concurrent active Engagements assigned to them.

As a Beeline Professional administrator, you can define Engagement settings for employees and non-employees and permit multiple or single engagements. You can copy settings from an implementation tenant and then configure them to support the business requirements of a particular client.

Before you begin

  • You must have Beeline Professional administrator access to the implementation tenant site and the site you’re setting up.

Steps

To configure the general engagement settings, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to the Professional implementation tenant.

  2. From the left navigation, go to Settings  Engagements and select the General tab.

  3. In a separate window, log in to the Professional tenant you’re setting up.

  4. Go to Settings  Engagements.

  5. Select the General tab.

  6. Enable or disable the Multi-Engagements for Employees and Multi-Engagements for Non-Employees toggles to replicate the settings that are configured in the implementation tenant.
