Checking the status of an import process

Import logs include detailed information about the import of data into a tenant. They can help Beeline Professional administrators understand the status of a template import process and are available to view in the Monitoring section of Beeline Professional.

If a template import process fails, you can download the Failed Records File csv to identify which record failed to import. To view a detailed error message, download the Error File csv.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrator access to the tenant site.

Steps

To check the status of an import process, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional.

  2. From the left navigation, go to Settings  Monitoring  Import logs.

  3. In the Import Logs tab, go to the import process for which you want to check the status. Recent instances of import processes are listed at the top. You can view the name of the user who initiated the import process in the Uploaded By column.

  4. To confirm that an import process has been successful, check the following:

    1. The Status column displays as Completed.

    2. The Processed column displays the entries that have processed.

    3. The Failed column displays 0.
