Configuring the user interface settings

User interface settings provide a flexible way to fine-tune your daily interactions with Beeline Professional. As a Beeline Professional administrator, you can control the user interface settings and use the variation that best suits the requirements of a client.

During the implementation process for Beeline Professional, the implementation team configures a tenant site that matches the individual business requirements of a client. After the client performs extensive user testing of the tenant and the implementation team make all the required changes, the implementation tenant site can be used as a configuration baseline and best practice to securely configure the production tenant site.

To configure the user interface settings for a newly provisioned tenant site, copy the settings options from the implementation tenant site.

You can modify the following user interface settings for a tenant:

  • general features

  • widgets on your home screen

  • the availability of dashboards

  • columns available in the Job Applications Hub

  • columns available in the Engagement Hub

  • columns available in the Worker Hub

  • tabs in the Worker Profile

  • columns available in the Suppliers Hub

Before you begin

  • You must have Beeline Professional administrator access to the implementation site and the site you’re configuring.
