About timesheet settings

Timesheets and expenses can help track project costs more accurately, improve oversight, enhance compliance, and overall identify trends in work across your business.

As a Beeline Professional administrator, you can configure these timesheet settings for Beeline Professional:

  • Timesheet Rules

  • Timesheet Processes

  • Time Codes

  • Holiday schedules

  • Work schedules

  • Rates

  • Expense categories

To access the timesheet settings page in Professional, from the left navigation, go to Settings  Timesheet Settings. You can select the individual tabs to configure settings for each timesheet feature.

In addition, you can use the Home tab of the Timesheet Settings section to configure general timesheet options such as expenses, rates, meal break attestation, and more.

Enabling or disabling any of the Timesheet Settings options affects the way data is displayed in Professional. For example, it can affect whether expense items display in the app or calculated amounts display on pending timesheets. If your data changes unexpectedly, try reverting any of the changes made to the Timesheet Settings options. For more information, contact your Client Services representative.
