Building holiday schedules

Holiday schedules outline the days set aside by customs or laws when work tasks must be suspended or reduced. Holiday schedules are used for reporting and integrations.

As a Beeline Professional administrator, you build holiday schedules to support the business requirements of a particular client.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrator access to the tenant site you’re setting up.

Steps

To configure holiday schedules, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to the Professional tenant site you’re setting up.

  2. Go to Settings  Spend  Timesheet Settings and select Holiday Schedules.

  3. In the upper right of the Holiday Schedules table, select Add. A New Schedule dialog displays.

  4. Complete these details to configure the holiday schedule:

    • Label

    • Reference ID

    • Configuration

  5. Select Done.

  6. Optional. To edit a schedule, select Actions  Edit. You can add or remove days for the holiday schedule that you’re building.
