Setting up rate cards
Rate cards are predefined lists that outline rates for specific job profiles, making it easier to provide consistency in managing compensation. They capture data on rates that refer to any combination of job profiles, business sites, and suppliers.
Hiring managers can use this information when they set rates on job postings. For example, suggested rates display when a user selects a job profile or location that matches those outlined in a rate card.
Each rate card links to only one job profile, but it can include multiple rates, such as bill rate, pay rate, overtime, double time, and so on.
