Linking duplicated profiles

Sometimes, during integrations with third-party systems, duplicate profile accounts can occur. They’re often related to data management and system configurations that may contain inconsistencies.

As a Beeline Professional administrator, you can reconcile these by linking duplicated profiles. You can also unlink profiles that were previously linked.

Steps

To link two profiles, complete these steps.

  1. Log in to Professional.

  2. From the left navigation, go to the Workers hub.

  3. Find and select the profiles you want to link.

  4. Select Actions and then select Link Profiles. The Link Worker Profiles dialog displays.

  5. Select the primary profile and then select Confirm.

  6. The primary profile displays in the Workers hub, while the linked profile displays in a Linked Profile section on the Worker Profile page.

Next steps

If you have linked two profiles in error, you can unlink them by navigating to the Worker Profile page and selecting Unlink from the Linked Profiles section.
