Adding administrator users

Beeline Professional administrators have system-wide access to view and manage worker and user data and configure a Beeline Professional tenant. Assign the Beeline Professional administrator role only to users who need to perform configuration actions.

After you add a new administrator user, a welcome email is sent to their email address. It includes a link to the tenant site and login instructions.

Before you begin

  • Identify which users must have access to set up and maintain configurations in Professional.

Steps

To add an Administrator user, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional.

  2. From the left navigation, go to Settings  User Management  Users

  3. Select Create User create user icon.

  4. In the Create a User form, enter the first name, last name, and email.

  5. Optional: You can enter a reference ID for the new user. If you leave reference ID field blank, the system automatically generates a reference ID when it creates the user.

  6. In the User Type section, select Admin.

  7. Select Create User.

After you add administrators to your tenant site, you can start to configure the tenant.
