Personalizing your Home page

The Beeline Professional Home page consists of modular widgets that make up the application’s information hub. To allow for greater personalization and control over the information and tools displayed, you can configure the widgets according to your priorities and preferences.

You can choose from a variety of widgets, such as your task summaries, quick actions, extended workforce metrics, classification data, supplier data, and more. Add and remove widgets, or drag and drop to rearrange them within these main widget areas:

  • left

  • right

Each widget refreshes automatically, so you will always see the most up-to-date information and metrics at a glance. Many widgets are interactive, allowing you to drill down into any specific data or insights.

Steps

To customize your Home page, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional. The Home page displays.

  2. Select Configure Screen from the upper right. The Widgets dialog displays.

  3. To find a widget, scroll through the list of available widgets or adjust the filters to narrow down a selection. If you know the name of the widget you want to add, you can start typing in the search box to find it faster.

  4. Add one or more widgets to your Home page by activating the toggle for each of them and selecting Done.

  5. Optional: Drag and drop each widget to rearrange it within the corresponding widget area.
