Configuring general engagement settings

Engagements track worker assignments in Beeline Professional. A worker can have one or multiple concurrent active engagements assigned to them.

As a Beeline Professional administrator, you can define engagement settings for employees and non-employees and permit multiple or single engagements.

Before you begin

  • You must have Beeline Professional administrator access to Professional.

Steps

To configure general engagement settings, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional.

  2. From the left navigation, go to Settings  Engagements and select the General tab.

  3. Enable or disable the Multi-Engagements for Employees and Multi-Engagements for Non-Employees toggles to align with your program requirements.
