Consolidated Invoicing early adopter release overview

This early adopter phase introduces a limited release of the Consolidated Invoicing feature in the Beeline Professional. A select group of clients and partners can access and test a streamlined version of the solution focused on foundational setup, configuration experience, and invoice file output review.
Early adopter release testing scope
The testing scope includes participants’ ability to:

Create and manage invoice blueprints, including the ability to:

Define recurring invoice schedules

Configure invoice parameters to determine included data
-
Create invoice batches by supplier for inclusion in consolidated invoices

Customize the invoice transaction data output file; for example, field selection, sorting, and header naming

Manage blueprint actions:

Edit, duplicate, activate, and run ad hoc invoices

Review execution history and transaction data results for completed runs

Planned future enhancements
Planned MVP and post-MVP enhancements:

Automated invoice generation based on blueprint schedules; for example, weekly or monthly

Invoice review and approval workflows with task assignments and notifications

Expanded invoice field set in the transaction data file

Invoice hub view for clients and suppliers to view auto-generated invoices, totals, and download files (outside the admin or settings interface used in early testing)

Enhanced failure handling and validation management

Supplier ability to upload invoice summary reports to support payment processing

Support for milestone invoicing
