Enabling spend approval limits

The spend approval limits feature is off by default and you can enable it in tenant’s configuration. Once enabled, the Spend Approval Limits section appears automatically in the Worker Profile.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrator permissions.

  • Make sure that the relevant users have the necessary permissions to view or edit spend approval limits. Access is managed in ABAC through the Spend Approval Limits policy field in the Worker resource.

Steps

  1. Sign in to your Professional tenant.

  2. In the left navigation pane, select Settings  Spend  General.

  3. Turn on the Enable Spend Approval toggle.

    The Spend Approval Limits section appears in the Worker Profile under the General tab.
