Scheduling interviews

After a candidate has been submitted by a supplier in the Supplier Network, PMOs can review the submitted candidate’s profiles in Beeline Professional and decide whether to schedule an interview.

Steps

To schedule an interview, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional and go to Tasks in the menu on the left.

  2. In the My Tasks section, select the Candidate submitted please review task.

  3. Review the candidate and select the appropriate action:

    • Manager Shortlist: Sends the candidate’s profile to the hiring manager to review. The hiring manager can then choose to interview or reject the candidate.

    • Interview: Starts the interview process, allowing the PMO and supplier to arrange an interview between the hiring manager and the candidate.

    • Make Offer: Starts the offer process.

    • Reject Candidate: Rejects the candidate and notifies the supplier.

  4. Select Interview and Submit.

  5. In the My Tasks section, select the Interview Details task.

  6. Fill in the following interview details:

    • Interview Method: Phone call, video conference, or in-person.

    • Interview Details: Add the phone number, video conference link, or the address for the interview.

    • Interview date and time 1: Select a date and time.

    • Interview date and time 2: Option to add additional availability.

  7. Select Submit to send the interview request to the supplier.

After the interview request is sent to the Supplier Network, the supplier must confirm the interview details.
