Editing invoice blueprints

After you create an invoice blueprint, you can review and edit its details to ensure that all required data has been entered and is displayed correctly.

Before you start

  • You must have administrator access to Professional.

  • If you don’t have administrator access, you must be assigned the PMO role with the PMO Admin – Create Invoice Blueprints security policy enabled. You can find this policy under Settings > Security & Permissions.

    PMO Admins do not have full administrator rights by default.

Steps

To review and edit an invoice blueprint, complete these steps from any supported browser.

  1. Log in to your Professional tenant.

  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Settings  Spend  Invoices  Invoice Blueprints.

  3. Find the invoice blueprint you want to edit.

  4. From the Actions menu (three dots) in the top-right corner of the page, select Edit.

  5. On the Edit page, make the modifications necessary to the blueprint and select Save Blueprint.

When you save your changes, the system creates a new version of the blueprint. All future scheduled invoice runs will use this updated version.
