Enabling Permission Visualizer

When you turn on Permission Visualizer, it overlays engagement fields with information that shows how permissions are applied to each field.

The feature runs in your local browser session and remains on until you turn it off.

Before you begin

You must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Have administrator access to Professional

  • Be a PMO with elevated permissions

    PMOs can use this feature to report ABAC-related issues and assist with troubleshooting.

Steps

To enable Permission Visualizer, perform the following steps from a supported browser.

  1. Log in to Professional.

  2. From the left navigation pane, go to Settings  Tenant Configuration.

  3. Select the Admin Helpers tab.

  4. Turn on the Permission Visualizer toggle.
