Permission Visualizer

Permission Visualizer adds interactive links to permission chips. Administrators can select any field-level permission indicator to open Policy Analyzer with the relevant context already populated.

This feature provides a streamlined, one-click way to understand, validate, and troubleshoot the ABAC policy that governs a specific field. It helps improve administrative efficiency and supports self-service.

If Permission Visualizer is enabled, each field in the engagement will include a permission chip that displays the current user’s (or proxied user’s) read and update permissions.

Permission indicators:

  • R: Read permission

  • W: Update (write) permission

Color meanings:

  • Red: Deny

  • Green: Permit

  • Gray: No permission defined (undefined or denied by default)
